What is this app

The Order App is an extension of the Order Portal that allows brands to create an orders using an iPhone or iPad without the need of an internet connection. The app can only be used by brands and is made to create orders and push them to the Orderchamp Cloud backoffice at a later time when internet is available. The app is not a mobile version of the entire backoffice.

How to install

The Order App is currently in beta, as such its not generally available in the Apple App Store, you can only download the app when given access by us.

1. An iPad or iPhone with iOS18 or newer is required
2. Provide the email of your Apple account to your account manager and make sure you have been given invited, you will receive an email from Apple about this if you are
   1. Note: This email is only for the Apple account and downloading the app, after installing you can login with any Orderchamp user login
3. Follow the link in the invite email, this will ask you first to install an app called Testflight, this is Apple’s app that allows you to install beta apps
4. After you download and login with your Apple account in testflight, you should see an invite to download the Order App
5. After downloading you can start the app and login with your Orderchamp user login

App basics

• The app downloads all your Order Portal products for offline use
  • After downloading the products are available to view without internet
  • To receive updates on products (including the latest inventory) you can resync in the settings of the app
• The app downloads all your Order Portal customers for offline use
  • You can also create Order Portal customers in the app, but only the basic customer fields can be set
• You can create orders, add products and connect it to a customer - when internet is available you can push all the orders in the app to the Orderchamp Cloud
  • Once an order is synced back to the Orderchamp Cloud, the order is “closed” in the app and it can no longer be changed

Things to know / Limitations of the beta

The Order App is still in active development and you are using an early version. Some features have not yet been added or certain flows are good to know.
